Sleep.

Yep, that’s it.

I’m guessing that most of you are like me, in that you spend a large number of your mornings awake early and out running, and that sleep time is pushed down the priority list in favour of training, work and other life circumstances.

So, this weekend, make one of your mornings a sleep in.

[I’m not saying don’t run this weekend – I’ll be up early at least one morning for a run, but I’m going to lie in on the other morning. And I may still run that day too – just a little later.]
