Easy paced, 10km road run. No HRM this morning so it was all just based on feel. I ran a couple of sections a little quicker, just because. Body felt a little stiff this morning - not sure why.

TUE 13 MAY
AM | 8.9km, 285m VG, 1hr 1min – group trail run

Gold Coast Trail Runners group run. Easy paced, plenty of breaks to regroup. Nice morning for running! Body is feeling nice and fresh too.

WED 14 MAY

THU 15 MAY
AM | 6.2km, 180m VG, 42min – easy road/trail run

Easy paced loosen up run around the Katoomba cliffs after the flight and drive. Plenty of breaks to check out the lookouts and stuff...just cruising.

FRI 16 MAY

SAT 17 MAY
AM | 100km, 4085m VG, 12hr 40min – TNF100!!!
