Premium Online Coaching (POC) is for runners looking to plan out a series of events in succession, a full season of racing or a long-term approach to training and adventure pursuits.
You will complete an online questionnaire and have email and/or phone discussions with Matt, who will then work with you to plan a periodised approach to training for your goal race. This will include developing an annual training plan in Training Peaks.
Training is provided in 3 or 4 week blocks via Training Peaks, and modified as required on an ongoing basis.
Communication is ongoing via email or phone for the duration of your coaching.
- MINIMUM 9 WEEKS COACHING -
Online Event Coaching (OEC) is for runners looking for personalised and monitored training leading into a goal event.
You will complete an online questionnaire, and Matt will then work with you to build a customised training plan based on your responses.
Training is provided in 3 or 4 week blocks, and modified fortnightly if required.
Communication is ongoing via 1x weekly email support for the duration of your coaching.
- MINIMUM 9 WEEK TRAINING PLAN -
Training Plans are for runners looking for a customised training schedule for their next event, but without ongoing monitoring and coaching support.
You will complete an online questionnaire, and Matt will then build for you a custom training plan based on your responses.
Your custom training plan is provided in full up front.
There is no ongoing coaching support or plan modifications.
