ONLINE COACHING & TRAINING PLANS

Premium Online Coaching

$30 PER WEEK

Premium Online Coaching (POC) is for runners looking to plan out a series of events in succession, a full season of racing or a long-term approach to training and adventure pursuits.

FORMAT

You will complete an online questionnaire and have email and/or phone discussions with Matt, who will then work with you to plan a periodised approach to training for your goal race. This will include developing an annual training plan in TrainingPeaks.

Training is generally provided in 3 or 4 week blocks via TrainingPeaks, and modified as required on an ongoing basis.

Communication is ongoing via email or phone for the duration of your coaching.

INCLUSIONS

  • TrainingPeaks Premium Athlete Account
  • Personalised training, delivered and monitored in Training Peaks
  • Email support - as required
  • Training plan modifications as required
  • Race strategy planning
  • Long-term goal-setting and development of an annual training plan in TrainingPeaks
  • Access to exclusive athlete-only merchandise
  • Access to retail partner discounts
  • Access to the Judd Adventures Strava Club and private Facebook Group

COSTS

  • $30 + GST /week
  • Invoiced periodically as agreed with the athlete (minimum 15 week commitment)
Online Event Coaching

$10 PER WEEK

Custom Training Plans (CTP) are for runners looking for a customised training schedule for their next event, but without ongoing monitoring and coaching support.

FORMAT

You will complete an online questionnaire, and Matt will then build for you a custom training plan based on your responses.

Your custom training plan is provided in full up front.

There is no ongoing coaching support or plan modifications. Where required, modifications can be made for an additional fee (see below).

INCLUSIONS

  • Personalised training plan, delivered as a PDF spreadsheet.
  • General race strategy advice will be provided with your training package (pacing, crewing strategy etc); more detailed race planning can be provided for an additional fee (see below).
  • Access to exclusive athlete-only merchandise
  • Access to retail partner discounts
  • Access to the Judd Adventures Strava Club and private Facebook Group

COSTS

  • $10 + GST /week of plan (minimum 9 week plan)
  • Invoiced in full prior to delivery

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • Training plan modifications
    $50 + GST per re-write
  • Pre-event race strategy consult
    $50 + GST (30mins phone, or email)
  • General training consult
    $75 + GST (45mins phone, or email)
Training Plans

PRICED BY EVENT

Event Training Plans (ETP) are for runners looking for a generic training schedule to follow for a specific event.

FORMAT

Generic training plan developed by Matt for a specific event - suitable for all abilities.

There is no ongoing coaching support or plan modifications.

Training plan is delivered online in PDF format at time of payment.

INCLUSIONS

  • Generic training plan for a specific event - examples include Coastal High 50, Ultra-Trail Australia, etc.
  • Access to exclusive athlete-only merchandise
  • Access to retail partner discounts

COSTS

  • Varies by event - see plan options below.
  • Purchased online using links below.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • Pre-event race strategy consult
    $50 + GST (30mins phone, or email)
  • General training consult
    $75 + GST (1hr phone, or email)
